For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made according to the instructions provided by the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

A73™ currently accepts orders for delivery within India, subject to PIN-code serviceability.

Orders are generally expected to be delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Product Issues

A73™ offers eligible size or fit exchanges subject to the conditions described in our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Under our current policy, eligible size or fit exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, subject to the stated conditions and product availability. The first eligible size or fit exchange is free of charge.

Routine returns solely because of a change of mind are not offered under our standard policy. However, defective, damaged, incorrect, deficient, or materially misdescribed products will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances and legal requirements, an appropriate remedy may include an exchange, replacement, repair, refund, or another legally required resolution.
